Fulfillment Policy

• Order Fulfillment Time: Orders will be fulfilled within approximately 6-8 weeks from the date of purchase.

Shipping Policy

• Shipping Payment: This will be included in your final purchase online. (Unless you live in Alaska or Hawaii)

• Standard Shipping: Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days once your smoker leaves our facility.

• Shipping Rates: Flat shipping rate to the contiguous US.

  • Shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii will need to be computed manually and invoiced after your purchase.

  • Once the shipping cost is paid, that payment is final and non-refundable.

Refund Policy

• Cancellation Window: Customers have 48 hours from the time of purchase to cancel their order for a full refund.

• Final Sale: After the 48-hour cancellation window, all sales are final and non-refundable.
